Summer Reading Program

2014 Summer Reading Program Survey:  Here’s your chance to tell us what you thought of this year’s Summer Reading Program.  We want to hear from kids and grown-ups!

Kids:   Fill out this short online survey and we’ll enter you in a prize drawing for an Air-Zooka science toy!  Adults can help kids fill this out.

Adults:   Complete this survey about your child’s Summer Reading experiences, and you’ll be entered in a drawing for a $10 Starbucks gift card.
