Adult Winter Reading Program

In Cold Blood
Adult Winter Reading Program 2016
Join us for a wintry wonderful season of reading and prizes with our 5th annual Adult Winter Reading Program.

In honor of the 50th anniversary of Truman Capote's In Cold Blood, we are celebrating this classic with a full Tic-Tac-Toe treatment: categories tied to the book. (Don't worry - you don't have to read In Cold Blood if you don't want to.) See if you can figure out how the categories relate to the book!

Starting Monday, January 11, read three books of your choice and complete an AWRP form, whether a Tic-Tac-Toe or a book log. Turn in the completed AWRP form, noting which prize you would like to win, and receive a coupon for the Twice Sold Tales Bookstore. Completed AWRP forms go into a prize drawing at the end of the program. The last day to turn in completed forms is Monday, February 29 (Happy Leap Year!). The prize drawing will be held Tuesday, March 1.

The two grand prizes are a Kindle HD8 Tablet and a "Dinner and a Movie" package. Both prizes are valued at approximately $150.

Forms will be available at the library and for download starting Monday, January 11, so put down the eggnog and get your reading lists ready.
